Monthly and Trimester Tuition Payments:
Three Tuition Payment Options:
Each option is calculated depending on the total number of classes per week. Tuition is based on 36 weeks
of instruction. While we periodically break throughout the year, payment for tuition is expected on a
regular basis.
First: Monthly Tuition Payments: 9 equal payments for September through May. Tuition is due by
the 1st week of each month. You will be billed on-line.
Second: Semester Tuition Payments: 1 payment per semester.
1st Semester: (September 2, 2025 – January 23, 2026) Due week of September 02, 2025
2nd Semester: (January 26, 2026 – June 12, 2026) Due week of January 2026.
Third: Yearly Tuition Payment: 1 payment for the dance year. Payment due the first week of classes.
Payment Agreements:

Your credit card will be charged on the 1st of the month September-May if you choose to pay monthly.
You can set up credit card payment in the parent portal from our website www.isabellesdancetime.com.
2. Payments are due on the 1st of the month and may be made online if paying by credit card. If you are paying via check or
cash you can pay at the office, or mail.
3. When making a payment by check, please include the dancer’s first and last name in the memo of your check, we need to credit the proper account.
4. Returned check fee is $25.00.
5. Overdue Balances: A statement will be mailed and/or emailed for amount due with late charges assessed. A late fee of $10 monthly and $50 by semester, will be applied to any unpaid tuition past due 10 days.
6. If for any reason you decide to discontinue your classes, you will be responsible for any balance due.
7. We do not send out monthly bills.
8. You will automatically be charged to monthly payments if you do not pay entire semester tuition in September and February. See Isabelle for special payment arrangements.
Withdrawals:
1. Classes start Tuesday, September 2, 2025, and end week of June 12, 2026. While students are not
obligated to remain for the entire year, when a student is enrolled it is for the entire year.
2. Please inform the instructor of any classes dropped or added. Two weeks’ notice is required for any
withdraws.
3. Tuition, Registration, Performance and Costume payments are Nonrefundable, Nontransferable, Nonadjustable.
4. If a veryyoung student is not ready to participate in a class after several visits, a refund of tuition will be given.
5. When student sustains an injury or has a lengthy illness that does not permit them to participate over
an extended period of time a credit/refund will be issued. Illness or injury must be verified by your doctor.
6. Credit will not be given for missed classes due to illness, snow days, or personal commitments. You are welcome to make-up any class missed.
7. Dancers are encouraged to complete a makeup class(es) in the event of an absence.
Referral Discount:
Refer a friend and you both get a $25.00 discount on your tuition. New student must register for a full Semester.
Work Study Discounts:
Work study discounts will have to be figured out individually, see Isabelle.
Registration Charges: An annual enrollment fee of $25.00 per student or $35.00 per family is collected at the time of registration. The enrollment fee is Nonrefundable, Nontransferable, Nonadjustable.
Performance Charges:
Performance Charges are $75 per student or $95 per family.
1. Performance charge is due November 1, 2025. All students are automatically pre-registered for the
optional 2026 Dance Performance.
2. If the students listed above do not wish to participate in the performance, please notify the studio no
later than December 1, 2025, by contacting the office.
3. If we are not notified, full payment of your costume or costumes order is required.

The Performance Fee is Nonrefundable, Nontransferable, Nonadjustable.
Costumes Charges:
1. Costumes will be determined in December and invoices will be sent out mid-January 2026.
